§ 34-294. Issuance; contents.

Provided the application complies with this division and other applicable codes and regulations, the building official shall issue a permit for each sign or advertising structure, retaining a copy thereof and a copy of plans of the sign or advertising structure for his records. Permits shall disclose the following:
(1)

Type of sign, advertising structure or high voltage tube lighting.

(2)

Legal description of the property upon which the sign, advertising structure or high voltage sign is located.

(3)

Location upon the property where the sign, advertising structure or high voltage lighting is situated.

(4)

Name of the person erecting the sign, advertising structure or high voltage lighting.

(5)

Amount of the fee paid.

(6)

Date of issuance.
