§ 34-331. Winter holiday lighting.

Nonresidential and nonresidential portions of mixed-use zoning districts. The installation of winter holiday exterior lighting shall only be permitted from November 1 through January 31. Such exterior lighting shall not be suspended horizontally between any buildings, walls, fences, trees, or shrubs. Residential lighting and decorations are pursuant to section 10-9(o).
