§ 34-877. Prohibited uses.

The following uses shall be specifically prohibited in the MU mixed use land development district:

(1)

Any use not specifically, provisionally or by reasonable implication permitted, or not permitted by special exception in the CN and CG land development districts.

Time share uses.

(3)

Theaters, outdoor.

(4)

Flea markets and swap shops.

(5)

Bottle clubs.

(6)

Adult entertainment.

(7)

Heavy industrial uses.

(8)

Dumps/recycling centers.

(9)

Junk/salvage yards.

(10)

Pawn shops.

(11)

Car washes.

(12)

Automotive repairs, minor and major.

(13)

Social service facilities.

(14)

Medical marijuana dispensary.
