§ 34-1205. Outdoor displays.

All outdoor displays of merchandise at a convenience store, full service fuel station, or gas stations with or without a convenience store shall be appropriately screened and not visible from any adjacent right-of-way. Outdoor displays shall be located so as not to interfere with any vehicular or pedestrian access way or fire safety systems and equipment.
