§ 46-35. Lien of chronic nuisance service assessments.

Upon the adoption of the final assessment roll, all chronic nuisance service assessments shall constitute a perfected lien against the assessed real property superior to all other private rights, interests, liens, encumbrances, title land claims upon the property and equal in rank and dignity with a lien for ad valorem taxes.
