§ 58-8. Cooperative purchasing.

The village may participate in, sponsor, conduct, or administer a cooperative purchasing agreement for purchasing. Such cooperative purchasing may include, but is not limited to, joint or multi-party contracts between government entities. Purchases through a cooperative purchasing agreement are exempt from the competitive selection purchase requirements set forth in this purchasing code. The council must approve all village purchases from a cooperative purchasing agreement which are anticipated to have a total value of more than $25,000.00.
