§ 62-33. Burial of garbage.

It shall be unlawful to bury any garbage within the village, and no garbage shall be buried upon the premises of the person by whom the garbage is accumulated. All garbage will be disposed of as provided in this article or as designated by the village manager and under the supervision of the village.
