§ 66-47. Least disruptive technology.

(a)

All construction or maintenance of facilities shall be accomplished in the manner resulting in the least amount of damage and disruption to the rights-of-way.

(b)

A permittee shall use all reasonable efforts not to disrupt the operation or maintenance of any other utilities or uses in the rights-of-way, including, but not limited to, sewers, storm drains, gas or water mains, or other underground cables or conduits.
