§ 66-101. Action by village council.

Latest version.

The village council shall consider the aforesaid reports and recommendations on applications for abandonment, as hereinbefore provided for, and shall, after public hearing and due consideration, either accept, modify or deny the recommendation in accordance with the best interests of the public welfare.
