§ 70-33. Police officers' retirement trust fund.

There is hereby created within the village a municipal police officers' retirement trust fund, as set forth in F.S. ch. 185, and such fund is to be funded by the excise tax on casualty insurance premiums authorized by F.S. § 185.08 and levied in section 70-31.
