§ 78-39. Entry of unauthorized persons; tampering with operating devices and mechanisms.

(a)

No unauthorized person shall enter any inspection manhole, regulator chamber or other element of the village water or wastewater system, and no person shall dispose of, or allow to discharge into or through the water or wastewater system, any material or substance excluded by the rules and regulations set forth in this article.

(b)

No person shall damage or tamper with the operation of any operating mechanism, nor change the operation of any operating device without proper authorization from the village.
