§ 62-45. Special wastes collection and disposal.

(a)

The following list of special wastes requires special handling and management and shall not be placed out for residential or commercial collection:

(1)

Hazardous waste;

(2)

Construction and demolition debris;

(3)

Waste tires, used oil, lead acid batteries, ash residue; and

(4)

Automobile or vehicle parts.

(b)

It shall be the joint responsibility of owner, occupant and users to legally dispose of special wastes identified above as provided in F.S. ch. 403. Construction and demolition debris shall be disposed of as required by this article.
