§ 78-33. Control.

(a)

The village manager shall have charge and control of the water and wastewater system of the village. It shall be his duty to ensure that the system is kept in proper condition, and he shall render all the necessary care that should be given the property of the system so that the village may be able to furnish adequate service to the users thereof.

(b)

The village manager shall establish, promulgate and publish any other rules and procedures necessary to the proper administration of this article.
