§ 2-2. Administrative, service and use fees.

Unless otherwise provided by law or ordinance, all administrative, permit, service and use fees, including, but not limited to, building permit fees, land development fees, library fees, park and recreation fees, and utility fees and rates, shall be established by resolution adopted by the village council from time to time, and such fees shall be set forth in appendix A to this Code.
